How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?

Consultants write reports and recommendations. We build and deploy the system. At the end of the engagement you have working software running in your environment, not a slide deck.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on scope. A focused agent or automation is usually delivered in one to two weeks, a retrieval system or multi-agent workflow in two to four weeks, and complex multi-system builds with deep integrations in six to twelve weeks.

Do we need our data ready before we start?

Not fully. We assess the data landscape during discovery and design the ingestion and preparation pipeline as part of the build. A rough inventory helps, but it is not a prerequisite.

Can you work with our internal engineering team?

Yes, and we prefer it. Working alongside your team means faster decisions, cleaner integration and a smoother handover. We are comfortable in your repository, your stack and your deployment process.

What happens after the project is delivered?

Every project includes thirty days of support after handover. Beyond that we offer optional retainers for monitoring, improvements and expansion.
